This policy explains how EmberGrids handles information submitted through this website or sent to our business email addresses. A signed engagement may include additional privacy and security terms.

The website enquiry form collects your name, work email, company, optional website, operating trigger, selected areas of pressure, timing, and the message you provide. We also process limited source, referral, campaign, and hashed network information to secure the form and understand how an enquiry arrived.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to evaluate fit, respond, protect the website from abuse, maintain a business record, and improve our operating process. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated consumer advertising.
Where it goes
Inquiry records are stored in the website database and may be delivered to an EmberGrids business mailbox. Hosting, email, database, and carefully selected service providers process information only as needed to support these functions.
Retention and security
Unsuccessful inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact unless a longer period is required for security, dispute, or legal purposes. We use access controls, encrypted transport, rate limiting, and data minimization, but no system is risk free.

Do not send sensitive records here
Do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, tax records, health information, employee files, legal case materials, or other regulated data through the public form. We will arrange an appropriate secure exchange if a conversation proceeds.
